Ogled gradu Borl

Grad Borl je zaradi obnovitvenih del zaprt. Ministrstvo za kulturo napoveduje otvoritev spomladi 2023. Trenutno potekajo dogovori med ministrstvom in Občino Cirkulane, da bi obnovljeni del gradu Borl prevzel v upravljanje občinski javni zavod.

V gradu bo vzpostavljen "Interpretacijsko informacijski center območja NATURA 2000 Grad Borl", ki je inovativna in sodobna predstavitev območja Natura 2000 Drava in vključuje preplet naravnih značilnosti območja in delovanja človeka.

V vsakem primeru pa lahko že zdaj prispete do vhodnih vrat in si iz grajskega parka pogledate osrednji grajski stolp, katerega zidovi so mestoma debeli kar 11 metrov. Grad ima zanimivo arhitekturno zasnovo in bogato zgodovino.

Visit of Castle Borl

Borl Castle is closed due to restoration work. The Ministry of Culture announces the opening in spring 2023. Besuch von Schloss Borl

Schloss Borl ist wegen Restaurierungsarbeiten geschlossen. Das Kultusministerium kündigt die Eröffnung im Frühjahr 2023 an. Derzeit laufen Vereinbarungen zwischen dem Ministerium und der Gemeinde Cirkulane, dass die städtische öffentliche Einrichtung den renovierten Teil des Schlosses Borl übernimmt.

In dem Schloss wird ein "Informationszentrum NATURA 2000-Gebietes Schloss Borl" eingerichtet, das eine innovative und moderne Präsentation des Natura 2000-Gebietes Drau darstellt und eine Verschränkung der Naturmerkmale des Gebietes und der menschlichen Tätigkeit beinhaltet.

Auf jeden Fall kann man schon die Haustür erreichen und vom Schlosspark aus auf den zentralen Schlossturm blicken, dessen Mauern teilweise 11 Meter dick sind. Das Schloss hat ein interessantes architektonisches Design und eine reiche Geschichte.
